Kathryn L. Stolle, President, SLK Wellness Concepts

In her quest for personal wellness, Kathryn Stolle became aware of the growing importance of managing and dealing with stress.

In fact, the World Health Organization reports that by 2020 stress will be the underlying contributing factor in the top five diseases.

As a result, she founded SLK Wellness Concepts as an independent resource for individuals and organizations across North America, with a primary focus on Stress Management for those seeking a personal insight into their physical, emotional, and spiritual states of wellness and provide them with guidance and tools to make lasting, holistic changes in their health and well-being.

Wearing her spa hat and drawing on her 25+ years in spas and wellness, Kathryn wrote a book for all spa lovers from the first timer to the spa “junkie,” Getting Great Spa On the Road to Wellness, that demonstrates how spa treatments and services contribute to a healthier lifestyle.

In addition to her successful coaching practice, she is a member of the University of Victoria School of Business Mentor program as an expert in the area of spas and wellness and mentors both undergraduate and MBA students.
